NEWS AND SEASONAL GREETINGS FROM MXL AT CHESHUNT PARK FARM

We ended last year’s seasonal greetings on a high - looking forward to a prosperous New Year ……well, how things change! But it was not all bad and we are still in the race!

January saw the launch of our websites www.mxlltd.com and Bill’s blog at www.billsmxlblog.blogspot.com We had quite a few enquiries from them – have a look when you can, it’s not all work related.

The first part of the year kept us busy with toy and banking shows. We also had displays going into various museums and even to the Duke of Westminster’s Estate. The sun shone through June and July and the Air Shows were a success. September saw us travelling around Europe and finishing off the “Terrible Trenches” exhibition at the Imperial War Museum.

To the end of the year we successfully won the contract to tour a Microsoft re-useable exhibition stand and have just waved it goodbye – containered off to Dubai for a build in January.

Two important birthdays to report in October. Tony Sugden, as you may know one of our long-serving chippies, reached 65. We wish him a happy retirement but, as we said to him,” this is not goodbye, but bonjour”. Terry Moule reached 60 but no retirement yet as our chief chaser of money could be busier than usual next year.

2010 is on its way. The pre-budget speech seems to tell us to tighten our belts even more and be more frugal. We are going green and will have more information about carbon off-setting early in the new year.

Thanks to all our Clients and Suppliers. May you have a great Christmas and have a good break. See you all in the New Year.

Best Wishes from

Bill and the Team.
